    • For Landlords/PG Owners: Property details, descriptions, addresses, and images that you choose to upload to list your property.

    • For All Users: Messages, images, or other information exchanged through the in-app chat feature.

Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. The primary purposes for which we use your information are:

  • To create and manage your user account.

  • To enable the core functionality of the app, which is connecting students and tenants with landlords and PG owners.

  • To facilitate communication between users via the in-app chat feature.

  • To respond to your support requests and inquiries.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following limited circumstances:

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the messages you send through the Service.

  • Offline Interactions: The PG Finder app is a platform to connect users. Turtle Tech Studios is not responsible for any agreements, transactions, or interactions made between users outside of the app. We encourage you to use caution and good judgment when meeting or transacting with other users.

Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
